When local cover band PLAN 9 went on hiatus, guitarist Rich Krissel used his new-found free time to pursue his photography more seriously. He soon hooked up with Mike Guzzo and started shooting CRUMBS Cafe interviews. That quickly lead to a regular spot on the Times Union Local Music Blog.

This exposure got him noticed and some Capital District bands have hired him for performance and promotional photography. "I'm excited to meet and work with so many musicians.
